Spencer Bogle is an associate in our business and litigation groups, where he has helped close a number of seven figure transactions and defend and prosecute civil claims.  While in law school, Spencer defended clients as a member of the Suffolk Defenders in the Boston Municipal Courts, winning successful, client-centered outcomes.  He was a member of Suffolk University Law School’s prestigious Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy.  Spencer clerked for a federal magistrate judge and developed skills in civil litigation under the judge’s mentorship.  He also interned with the Office of Legal Advisor for Boston Public Schools, assisting Massachusetts’ largest public employer in both litigation and transactional practice.

Prior to law school, Spencer worked as an assistant paralegal at the nation’s largest business immigration law firm. He also volunteered a year of service to Boston’s students as a teacher’s aide and after-school counselor in City Year, an AmeriCorps program.

His personal interests include American and European History, cycling, and waterskiing. As a longtime Massachusetts resident, Spencer joined the dynamic team at Belcher Fitzgerald because of the partners’ wide-ranging expertise, client-focused values, and deep connection to Boston.
