The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination dismissed national origin discrimination claims against our client under Mass. Gen. L. c. 151B §4 (1) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Complainant alleged that her supervisors treated her rudely and expected her to work more because she was Brazilian. David Belcher investigated the allegations and submitted a comprehensive Positive Statement and surreply. The lack of probable cause finding was made based on those submissions and without an investigative conference, saving our client untold resources.
