Kelly C. Gill
Kelly Gill specializes in estate planning and administration. Kelly has extensive experience drafting wills, trusts and other sophisticated estate planning documents, as well as counseling families, single individuals, professionals and owners of closely held businesses to plan their estates to minimize gift and estate taxes. She also regularly represents elderly clients with long-term care concerns and clients with special needs.
Kelly works closely with clients and their financial advisors to develop an individualized estate plan that meets the needs of the client and the anticipated needs of their family. She also represents clients pertaining to their probate and trust administration matters. Kelly takes great pride in helping clients avoid probate, minimize or eliminate their federal and Massachusetts estate tax liability, and creating an appropriate dispositive scheme for clients and their families.
Prior to joining Belcher Fitzgerald, Kelly worked as a corporate and tax associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston, and as a partner at the Friedler Law Group specializing in estate planning and elder law.
Kelly resides in Westwood, Massachusetts with her husband and three children. She is resident in the firm’s Route 128 office located in Needham, Massachusetts.
