Gregory W. Paal

Gregory Paal supports Belcher Fitzgerald’s business, litigation and estate planning practices. Gregory has advised clients on complex compliance matters, served as outside counsel for an international corporation, closed business acquisitions, drafted documents for every phase of the corporate life cycle and engaged in motion practice to bring civil matters to successful conclusions.

Gregory graduated from Northeastern University School of Law with concentrations in labor and employment law, health law, and privacy law. He completed internships for the U.S. Department of Labor, the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, and the Offices of the General Counsel for two of Massachusetts’ largest employers. He is an accredited CIPP/US professional for his knowledge of U.S. data privacy laws. Prior to law school, Gregory managed his family’s residential construction company for more than six years.
